Real Estate Market in Noida: Supertech Projects – Capetown
Now
we are discussing about the location of the projects which are completed or completing
their construction work in Noida’s prime sectors. Sector 76,77, 74, 78 etc are
the heart of Noida sector and Metro
extension would be connecting these areas soon because the Metro construction
work can be seen here in progress.
Though
the real estate sector is one of the most appealing and profitable investment
propositions for buyers in Delhi NCR and here Noida and greater Noida is most
desirable place, the current real estate market is not profitable for short –
term investment at the present time.
Keeping
in mind that short – term investment may not be good for property buyers but if
investors buy the property in central Noida’s projects such as in Amrapali
Silicon City, Supertech Capetown etc, then they can get rental income soon
because as per connectivity central Noida is the best location.
